Time alone.
Creating.
Adequate sleep.

Not so good for my mental health:
Messes.
Crowds.
Expectations.

I think knowing those things about yourself is half the battle. Since you know what helps and what doesn't, you are pretty healthy. Keep doing what is best for you and all will work out. I love you.
