Grogley Halt

Grogley Halt

Now I am in a grogley halt.

Kind of stuck. More depressed. Not doing much.

Parked.

At lease I am parked in a beautiful landscape.

This, too, shall pass.

I hope.

It does look like Washington, doesn't it? Have you been here?

The caption at flickr says "On the Camel Trail, Cornwall." I'm pretty sure that's in England, the place where they have charming signs that say things like "Grogley Halt."

Our signs are green aluminum and say things like, Sequim ("squim"), Steilacoom ("still-a-come") and Puyallup ("pew-all-up").

You learn to say those right, and you will be an official Washintonian.

(And we will welcome you, because you are one of us in spirit.)
