Where Am I? Bipolar 2 Self Assessment
I feel well today. I feel quite well. I am thinking that maybe I am really getting better. Scary. What if I think I am well, and I find myself out and in over my head? How do I know how I really am? Where is here?

those are great questions for us all.
what you dont understand kelli is with bi polar a person asks themself these questions multiple times a day and can be quite distracting
